Rowan Gets a New Room

My son inherited the under-the-sea room when we bought this house. The previous owner had hand painted this beautiful mural which we found difficult to paint over. So… nine years later at the age of 10, Rowan is still living in a room painted for three year old twin girls.

While he, Cricket and Willow have been visiting grandparents I have secretly been renovating his room. I’m not quite done, but you can take a look at some of the before and (almost) after photos.
